My passion to teach Yoga has developed across the years from personally experiencing the benefits of the practice. From following YouTube videos, to attending yoga classes, day retreats and women's circles, to the last couple of years where I have prioritised escaping the cold for a few days in autumn to attend beach yoga retreats abroad.
Yoga, breathwork and meditation have been so beneficial to my mental and physical health. A truly special part of these experiences is the connections you make along the way, and I'm so delighted to now be certified to offer these healing, connecting practices to you ❤️

I've completed 250 hrs Yoga Teacher Training across 2 courses certified Globally by the Yoga Alliance Organisation. I've been teaching for the last year and practicing for 10+ years.
Most recently I spent the most beautiful month in Rishikesh Vinyasa Yoga School completing an intensive 200hrs of training covering Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Meditation, Yoga Anatomy, Alignment & Philosophy.
In Koh Phangan I completed 50 hrs of Aerial Yoga Teacher training including Planning Sequences, Methodology and Alignment. I also experienced first hand how crazy strong & adaptable the body can become within 6 days!
